How Do I Pause Or Cancel My Subscription

Pause Subscription: Send a pause request to support@noorkids.com with pause and resume dates. Confirmation will be sent via email.

Cancel Subscription

1. Visit noorkids.com/login

2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription

3. Click send login code to get your code sent to your email

   • You may also receive a SMS with your code if your phone number is on file

4. Enter the code to login

5. Once logged in, select "Manage Subscriptions"

   • Here you can view your current plans

6. Click ‘Manage this subscription’ under the plan you would like to cancel

7. Select "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page
