Address Changes

If you have entered an incorrect address on the checkout screen for your subscription, please contact support@noorkids.com and inform our team immediately.

If you have moved and need to update your address, complete the following steps:

1. Visit noorkids.com/login

2. Enter the email address associated with your subscription

3. Click send login code to get your code sent to your email

   1. You may also receive a SMS with your code if your phone number is on file

4. Enter the code to login

5. Select "Address and Payment Details" 

6. Select "Manage Addresses"

7. Edit your existing shipping address

Note: Books are mailed out days before the month to ensure they arrive on time so please ensure updates are made as early as possible to avoid any delays.
