You may request a 100% refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, whether you joined through a trial or purchased a full-priced subscription.
You do not need to return any books you’ve already received, and we do not deduct shipping costs from your refund.
If you receive a refund, your subscription will end and no additional books from that subscription will be shipped.
Refunds After 30 Days
After the first 30 days, paid subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund for the remaining, unshipped books included in your subscription.
For example:
- 12-month plan: If 1 shipment has been sent, your refund would cover the remaining 11 months, and those 11 books would no longer be shipped.
- 4-month plan: If 1 shipment has been sent, your refund would cover the remaining 3 months, and those 3 books would no longer be shipped.
Cancelling Without a Refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent it from renewing.
If you cancel without requesting a refund, you will still receive all of the books included in the subscription term you have already paid for. Your subscription will simply end once that term is complete and will not renew.
In short:
- Cancel only: You keep receiving the books you already paid for, but your subscription will not renew.
- Cancel + request a refund: You receive the applicable refund, and any remaining books covered by that refund will not be shipped.
