Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

• After cancellation, you will continue receiving your remaining books until your subscription term is complete

• You can reactivate your subscription anytime by reaching out to our team

Refund Policy

Trial Orders

Our trial is a great way to experience Noor Kids before committing.

• If you cancel before your trial ships, we can issue a full refund

• If your trial has already shipped, we’re unable to offer a refund for your trial purchase

Full-Priced Subscriptions

If you purchased a standard subscription, here’s how refunds work:

• Before your starter kit ships: Full refund

• After your starter kit ships: Prorated refund

  • 12-month plan → refund for remaining months (e.g., 11/12 if only 1 shipment sent)

  • 4-month plan → refund for remaining months (e.g., 3/4 if only 1 shipment sent)

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not satisfied within the first 60 days, we’ll issue a prorated refund based on how many books you’ve received (typically 2 - 3 books)
