Damaged Items , Replacements & Reshipping

Damaged Items: If your book arrives damaged, please contact support@noorkids.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.


Missing Items: If an item is missing from your shipment, notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will verify and ship the missing item promptly.


Replacements: If tracking shows no movement for 15 business days or the package is marked lost by the carrier, contact support@noorkids.com. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Reshipping After Return: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will notify you.


Returns: A return will only be processed for orders received damaged/defective or shipped in error. In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
