Subscription or Billing Issues

Unexpected Charges: Subscriptions automatically renew based on the selected plan. If you see a charge you don't recognize, check your account under "Manage Subscriptions" to view active plans and billing dates. Common reasons for unexpected charges include: trial period ending, automatic renewal, or an additional subscription on the account.


Failed Payment: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again within a few days. You will receive an email notification with a link to update your payment method. To resolve, log in to your account, go to "Address and Payment Details," and update your payment information.
