I haven't received any update on my purchase:

I received the wrong items OR my order is missing items:

Firstly, we are sorry for the mistake in sending or missing items. We will work to rectify the issue as soon as possible

  1. Take a picture of the packing slip if one is in the package
  2. Submit ticket with attachments here: 
  3. We'll reach out to you once we've investigated why those items were not shipped to you
